Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dcarrera.com. Upon approval, you will be provided with a return address and shipping label, along with clear instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the applicable rates below:
- Standard Delivery: Up to £4.00
- Send & Return (Round Trip): Up to £8.00
These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund where applicable. We recommend retaining proof of postage when sending any items back to us.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. We aim to respond to all damage and issue claims within 5 business days.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods — food, flowers, plants, etc.
- Custom or personalised products — special orders, engraved or made-to-order items
- Personal care products — beauty and hygiene goods
- Hazardous materials — flammable liquids, gases, or similar substances

Sales & Promotional Offers
All items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes limited-time discounts, seasonal sales, bundle offers, and any orders placed using a promotional or discount code. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase during any promotional period.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and guarantees availability of your desired item. Please note that the Send & Return rate of £8.00 will apply for exchanges.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law. Please note that our standard 30-day return policy applies in addition to this, offering you an even broader return window. As with all returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs of up to £4.00 will be deducted from your refund where applicable. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dcarrera.com.
